Pro and Desk are monthly subscriptions in USD. Checkout, card payments, sales tax/VAT and invoices are handled by our merchant of record, Creem. Your receipt includes a link to manage or cancel your subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. To cancel, use the manage-subscription link in your Creem receipt or email support@xinhangai.com — we will cancel it for you. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Do you offer team or invoice billing?
